On Friday, April 21st, Brooklyn Boulders is throwing “A party to save the world.” Camp BKB, as the event’s called, is a celebration to honor Earth Day. Presented by Cliff Bar, High Brew Coffee, Boxed Water and Sierra Nevada, Camp BKB is described as an interactive, experiential and educational event.
This 24 hour festival will feature different activities such as a park clean up, sign making event for science, live musical performance by Small Black, eco friendly meals, sustainability workshops, yoga, meditation, brunch, and even a group march for science.
Note that, sleeping bags, blankets and pillows will NOT be provided. If you plan on staying overnight, you need to supply your own sleeping bag. Both types of tickets include a day pass and gear rental to climb. 10% of all the ticket sales directly benefit the National Parks Foundation.
