Did someone say yoga on the roof? Today Astoria Park Alliance, in partnership with The Rock Health and Fitness Club and Yoga Room Studio bring us an hour of open level yoga on the roof of the Rock Club.

Come for the deep breathing and skyline views!

The Astoria Park Alliance is an all volunteer group founded in 2007. Our mission is to beautify, enhance and encourage greater community involvement within Astoria Park.

Yogi Liz Ditterline has been teaching yoga at many venues including The Rock Health and Fitness, Lucille Roberts and at Immaculate Conception Church since 2007 focusing on vinyasa, Hatha and restorative yoga.
