Starting to feel stir crazy? Stay in shape and sharpen your paddling skills this winter with Sea Kayak Connecticut. This weekend, they're starting their March, month long rolling classing ($325 for 3 sessions) and later in the month, a series on rescue techniques ($125 per class).

For those without a car take Metro North from Grand Central to Greenwich and walk, uber, bike or bus (local 311 bus) the 1.3 miles from the train stop to the YMCA. 

Bonus: there's an option to rent gear for those of us who can't seem to fit a kayak into our 6th story walk-ups.
